Mark Bracich created the Department of Defense Personnel Recovery (PR) System model used throughout DoD and interagency/multinational partners to develop PR policy, doctrine, training, & lessons learned. Additionally, he drafted the key language used in the current National Security Presidential Directive for Personnel Recovery.
